How can I convince my husband to move back to my native country?

I am from South America and I have been living in the USA for 13 years now. But all my family is there, mom, brother, cousins, best friends. Life is different from here but if you get a OK job you can have a nice life. My husband is from Czech and he doesn't speak spanish. All his family is back in his country. In my country we meet our extended family(cousins, uncles, friends) very often while in Czech we only get together with his parents & brother and that is it. I missed this things from my country. When I bring up the subject he just answers with a joke or says "lets go to czech" I know my country is different from his so I don't pressure him. Do you think is there any hope?
