Puss comming from wound?

This is normal, it is fluid trying to heal the wound. Keep it covered and change the bandage often. Clean with peroxide and use an antibiotic ointment, until there is no more drainage, then keep it dry and covered. If it starts to get really, red, hot, more painful, or the drainage increases, see a doctor those are signs of infection and you will probably need an antibiotic. Looks painful, good luck!
