Where can I get english language course for 5 year old Thai child?

My partner in Thailand has a five year old son in private education, he is taught English at school but from being with him I don't think his teaching is all that great, He is a wizz on computers, so I was looking for a course he could do in his own time on a computer. I'm not bothered if its freeware or I have to pay for the software/programme as long as its good and he can benefit from it. Thanks
