What kind of b is this one?

I'm pretty sure that's a Steinberger. I wouldn't recommend buying one. Steinberger also made a "headless" b and is known for creating unusual looking instruments, but they aren't renowned for their tone or playability. If you want something that has a "rock" look to it I'd strongly recommend you go with something like an Ibanez BTB or an ESP LTD.
