Is my Molly fish going to give birth soon?

My boyfriend bought me three molly fish (without asking me) after my betta died. I figured out that two were male and one was a female. The day after they were put in the tank one of the males died and I still do not know why. Two days after they were bought ( December 17, 2010) I came home from school to find 7 little babies swimming around the bottom of the tank. My boyfriend picked up a breeder net and I got the fry into it. Only one is still alive now though. The other male died the next day after staying on the bottom for a while. There are now 2 ghost shrimp, 3 tetra's, a cory cat and a young gold dust molly I got at the pet store in my aquarium with my Original female Dalmation Molly. Yesterday I took the fry ( the one left from the first birth and six other little black balloon belly molly fry I saved from certain death and got for free from Pet-co) and moved them from the breeder net into a one gallon aquarium by themselves. Since the female should be giving birth again soon I put her in the breeder net but she dosn't seem like she is that pregnant. Am I wroung about the gestation period of a molly?
