Smokers dont u hate???

when u see another smoker not finnish there ciggerett??? it is so annoyin to see people take like 3 hits then throw it on the ground or put it in the ashtray......that is such a wast!!!! i got so mad at 1 guy who lives in my bulding that i yelled at him after he took 2 hits offf a marlboro 100 n then threw it on the ground that i went over n pick it up n cut the filter off n smoked the rest of it!!!! it was free n tast good!!! isnt it alloying to see the wast??????? i see them on the street n in ashtrays all the times!!!!
