Question about BONES: Brennan and Booth?

I love bones but i can only watch it on demand every once in a while, I'm really busy so i don't really know what happens most of the time because there aren't episodes in order on demand haha. So the only 3 I've recently seen include the one about the doctor in the photo where brennan tells booth that she loves him, one about the socialite selling counterfeit purses and how a dead girl was in her shower where brennan tells hannah she's going to move on, and then the one where angela gives birth and brennan says she's pregnant. So could anyone tell me how we got from point a to point c? What has hapenned? Are they together now? Just a relationship timeline overview if possible, and update me on anything i've recently missed. Thank you!!!
