Interesting facts on C. Harold Smith?

Is there anything about C. Harold Smith that is interesting? (other than he helped make the crayon and that he was one of the founders of crayola I've got that much) I would prefer that it did not involve Edwin Binney because I have an awful lot of information on him but I need more stuff for my report on crayons. (Yes I'm doing a report on the history of crayons.)
