Im not sure what to get my mom for mothers day!?

she has EVERYTHING!! all the flowers in the world, a dvd player, 2 plasma tvs a sirius radio and all her walls are full! for her birthday we got her broadway tickets and now im out of ideas. she is so generous to everyone else i relly want to get her something special. plz help!!
