Dark entities, this is serious, no joking around or I'll report you!?

For the past five years I have lived in this apartment weird things have constantly happened. Doors Slamming, Lights turning on and off, things moving on their own etc... It has happened at the place I lived prior to here also. When I was a teen I did a couple of seances and messed with the ouija board and thought nothing of it. I'm thinking this is the source of what is going on. Especially one seance we conducted where a woman was murdered. Anyway, I've never been the happiest of people, but lately things have been getting out of hand. I fly off the handle for no reason, I cry constantly and I'm really moody. According to my husband my voice changes and he says it doesn't even seem like I'm the same person. For example, the other night, something inside me clicked and I went frickin nuts but when I walked outside on my patio to have a cigarette, everything went away, all my feelings, everything I instantly stopped crying as soon as I stepped foot outside the door. My husband came with me to smoke and I ended up asking him what happened. Because I didn't remember. He said my voice came back to normal and I seemed completely fine. I think I'm going insane and need some help, but after thinking about everything and how there is activity in my home I starting to believe something is controlling my emotions. Last night I used my pendulum and pendulum charts to tell me what is going on and it said I'm being controlled by Dark Entities, Evil, and my husband is also. I'm desperate for help because I have a feeling if this goes on any longer something bad is going to happen. (during some of these episodes I began cutting myself with a knife.) If anyone has any advice on how to rid of all this so I can get my life back please respond. It is affecting my marriage and my family, and consuming my life. Please help!
