Do you think the U.S. should offer Jordan funds, medical personnel & troops to help stabilize Iraqi refugees?

This type of cultural imperialism and political hegemony in the Middle East has led to at least 1.5 million refugees from Iraq pouring into Jordan and Syria. Since Jordan is an ally of the U.S., shouldn't the government by financially obligated to help out these refugees by building them houses, securing land, offering health care and food, education and protecting them?
