I had my dog stolen by the orriginal owner who then took dog to the pound and reported him stolen from them .?

I located my dog at the dumb friends league and retrieved him..But I am now dealing with the orriginal owners claiming I stole him. when the dog was posted by the DFL on-line it shows them their at the pound being the ones to drop him off and they are now trying to persue false charges aginst me for breaking into their home and stealing the dog .... CRAZY HUH? what do I do ? the decetive on their case says therer is no proof but will not stop calling my home and kids requesting me to return my dog back to them....I currently have a restrining order out on the individuals who did this to me ....How do I stop the detective from harring me and my kids? Acourding to the restraing order no third party is allowed to contact me except their lawyer >>>isn't the detctive considered a third party ? >>>The burden of proof Is on them and They are trying to take me down for false allegations on stealing my own dog >>>>somebody please help me with who i go to to stop all this harrment ,
