Just wondering if this can be hereditary in any way..?

My mother had me and my sister, when she was 18 and 19. She's tried having children ever since, she loves kids, but she's had 2 or 3 (I've lost count) ectopic pregnancies, one almost took her life (that was very scary) after a crappy doctor diagnosed her with cancer, and then twins (i don't know where he got his license, to be honest), she didn't know it was ectopic until her tube exploded. She thinks she is infertile now (I guess she's still been trying). She's also always had to have a caesarean section, never been able to give birth lly. I feel like this is a dumb question but, is there any way that any of that would be hereditary? I mean it totally depends on the person, right? And I'm guessing an ectopic pregnancy is a thing of chance.??
