Kuhli loaches in 10 gallon tank?

i like these guys and want them in a 10 gallon tnak. how many can i have? no fish yet, probably a small tetra school with them. i have 2 cories in a 29, could i move them to the 10 and put the loaches in the 29? if so, how many loaches in the 29?
