My teeth are in pain and frail from me getting fixed braces yesterday is it normal ?

Yes, it's painfull. It'll get easier in a few days. Everytime you go back to get your braces tightened it will make your teeth ache. But, no pain, no gain! It'll be worth it when your teeth are nice and straight.
