Will Peyton Manning p Brett Favre in yards or TD's for career?

I don't think he will now that Favres coming back another year. Peyton is 33 yrs old and has like 45k yards while Favre has 65k. Manning has 333 TD's while Favre has 466. I dont think Manning will stick around the league that much longer, 5 years tops.
