IF the Jaguars or Bills HAD moved West to L.A, would that have re-arranged the ACF South/East and AFC West?

I would ume the L.A. team would get into the AFC West, pushing out either the Broncos or Chiefs, or would they still be a part of the same division (can you imagine a team in the east division stationed on the west coast?)
